What a month it has been! Now, one month away from his first birthday (!!) our boy is a toothy, babbling, exploratory and mobile force to be reckoned with. We are in the throes of child-proofing--gates, cabinet locks, socket covers, and lots bare low-lying tables and shelves, though we are also doing a lot of "no touch" training. For our family records:
Thursday, August 1, 2013--Peter's first steps (about 5 of them, from Daddy to Mommy)
Saturday, August 3, 2013--Peter starts crawling (for more than a couple feet)
And since these, every day he is improving. I thought he'd pretty much skipped crawling, but yesterday he crawled across the room. And here's a little footage Tom shot today:
