More November

I guess I ended that last post mid-day. Here's how we ended up:

Chillin with Jim, Doreen, and Doug

Go...Cavs.

Moving right along.

A little Anna snapshot: After raiding her brother's pajama drawer;
and wearing less (rearranging the living room is hot work).

One's camera tolerance expired before the other's.

So I'm not quite sure what to do with this mighty nest of ultra-fine hair that develops by night.

They ran back here after pre-school and I sprung for the mystical woodsy Christmas card photo-op. Didn't quite make the cut, but even so...

There are these giant tires on the outdoor turf class space at our gym.

One by brute strength; one by powers of levitation

Sometimes you realize the kids are being just a little too quiet and you turn the corner to find...this

And sometimes you go into the photos on your phone and find this

A Fine Fall Day

About a month ago--hanging out with this cutie on a fall day.

Oh that's right--it was election day and she was my voting buddy. Here's our obligatory "I voted" selfie.

Picking up big brother, at the favorite tree outside of pre-school

"I'm so MIGHTY!!!"  in her sweet high little voice

Post pre-school snack out in the colors

"Hey, guys--smile!"

Love this crazy kid.

Cute and Colorful Fall Pics of the Sibs

On a beautiful warm fall day, I felt inspired to take some sweet pics of these two.
 ...I can't imagine why.

Let's be honest. It's this time every year that I start thinking about Christmas cards and nailing that perfect shot. I've pretty much given up on a perfect family picture where everyone is facing the camera and looking at least moderately content at the same time and the background isn't my kitchen counter with the whole day piled up on it. But I always hold out hope for these guys.

"Ok--just do a silly dance."

Yep. My little loves. Happy Fall to us.
