Of course, the little ones hardly look the same anymore, but there's always that obligation to order and posterity to catch up with the old before posting the new.

On the other end of the clothing spectrum...

Taking a borrowed Ergo for a test drive/walk in the wilds of Greenwood Rd. We were sold. 

Peter's once-in-a while treat, an iPod Touch with kiddo computer game apps. He almost never uses it without breaking into the clock and setting alarms that will go off hours after the toy is back in the cabinet. This one was labeled in Slovenian. 

A little errand starbucks treat stop.

Yes, he's still timid of them. But for a while this spring every time he went outside he would hunker down even as he walked, looking distrustfully toward the sky, more often than not holding his hands up by his head to fend them off as he continued his hysterical bee commentary. These pics don't do it justice.

Outer Banks II

A second trove of snapshots from our beach vacation.

...which included a pre-dinner walk by some gorgeousness

So in this first one, I came into Peter's room to find him looking out the window and prattling away with a running commentary. Not knowing I was there, he went on and on. So sweet and funny. 

Second trip out for ice cream, this time with Nana. 

 

It took a good 4 days to get Peter willingly into the pool. 

The biggest draw was the water guns and the splashing games.
